Flattening the equality curve
“Be a leader, Build a leader.”
What would you think of working with less privileged school students on a mentoring program?
Charlie is passionate about changing the perception of this being ‘charity work’ that someone might volunteer to do, to becoming the world’s best way to improve a business’s coaching approach to leadership. This resonated with all the MAD33 judges, many having been mentors themselves. Circl pairs a professional with a high potential Year 12 student from a less privileged background.
Professionals and students receive an accreditation from the Association for coaching. One student recently got an unconditional offer from Royal Holloway University, with the Director of Studies explicitly saying that the Circl programme made her application stand out.
Facebook, Google, British Land and Hello Fresh are all on board with Circl, and we wish Charlie the best of luck building a world where everyone can lead.
